What is your favorite thing to do on campus? I enjoy taking lunch at the DeRosa University Center! This spot is a hub on campus for hungry students and staff, and they offer a wide variety of fresh food options on the daily. While there are several places to eat there, the River Room is my favorite because it is high-end, all-you-can-eat, and it even overlooks the Calaveras River. We also celebrate Pacific Fridays right outside of the DUC every week to show off our school spirit. Go Tigers!!

What is your favorite place to go to in Stockton? Terra Coffee on North Yosemite Street! It’s a wonderful little café in a historic part of town that offers freshly ground coffee, delectable bites to eat and cozy vibes. I adore my weekend morning walks to Terra, where I can sit back, relax and enjoy my caffeine.

What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie is Snowpiercer. This post-apocalyptic action film, based on a French graphic novel, takes place aboard a train as it travels across the frozen globe, carrying the last remnants of humanity, after a failed attempt at climate engineering to stop global warming. The film follows one of the lower-class tail-section passengers as they rebel against the elite to the front of the train for a chance at a better life. The film’s vision, direction and performances are all superb!

What is your favorite thing to do on campus?  Nothing quite beats a nice Starbucks drink and a pleasant walk around the campus with my dog! It creates a wonderful location to sit out on the grass and draw or picnic in the pleasant sun.
